Get started with MK.IO
Choose the workflow that matches your first goal. Each path takes you through a complete result and links to deeper guides when you need more control.

Choose your first workflow
- What is MK.IO?: Understand the platform, its main workflows, and the resources that connect them.
- Live stream in five minutes: Send a Real-Time Messaging Protocol (RTMP) source to MK.IO and open the generated playback URL.
- Publish your first VOD asset: Upload a video, process it with a transform, and publish the output.
- Choose the right API: Find the API for media, management, fleet, or infrastructure work.
Prepare your account
Complete these setup tasks before a live or VOD workflow requires them:
- Set up your account and first project.
- Connect cloud storage for assets, outputs, and recordings.
- Learn the MK.IO portal navigation.
