### Platform overview

**Form factor**  
1RU, high‑density video stream processor and IP/DVB gateway for cable, satellite, IPTV and OTT headends.

**I/O**  
Up to 10-Gbps throughput with quad 1‑GbE, dual 10‑GbE, and optional ASI I/O on the same platform.

**Processing**  
Handles multiplexing, scrambling, splicing, blackout switching, statmux and DVB‑T/T2 gateway functions in one appliance.

### IP & ASI I/O

**10‑GbE IP**  
IEEE 802.3z, up to 4 × 10‑GbE ports; supports VLAN tagging and multicast with IGMPv2/v3.

**Capacity**  
High‑throughput mode: up to 1,000 transport streams and 2,000 simultaneous multiplexing/scrambling services.

**ASI**  
Up to 16 ASI ports (8 per card × 2), each configurable as input or output for legacy DVB integration.

### Gateway remultiplexing & SRT

**Routing**  
Any‑to‑any routing between IP and ASI, including socket address flipping, ASI‑to‑IP conversion and IP mirroring.

**TS processing**  
PID remap/filter/multicast, PSI/SI extraction/insertion/regeneration, TS output mirroring.

**SRT gateway**  
Integrated SRT gateway (listener/caller) for secure, low‑latency transport of multiple contribution or distribution streams.​

### DVB-T/T2 & DVB SIS

**DVB-T2 gateway**  
Encapsulates any multiplex into T2‑MI, generates up to 8 T2‑MI streams over ASI or IP.

Provides signaling, transmission and synchronization parameters to DVB‑T2 modulators; supports single and multi‑PLP.

**DVB‑SIS (ETSI TS 103 615)**: generates up to 8 DVB‑SIS outputs with up to 36 regionalization groups per SIS service.

### Scrambling & security

**Encryption standards**  
Supports DVB‑CSA3 (128‑bit), DVB‑CSA2, AES (IPTV), and BISS fixed‑key scrambling for UHD and HD services.

**Capacity**  
Scrambles any combination of video, audio and data streams for broadcast or VoD, up to 2,000 services.

**CAS integration**  
Integrated and certified with major CAS vendors such as Cisco and Irdeto for carrier‑grade conditional access.
