PLATFORM OVERVIEW

• Hardware: 1RU, high-density video stream processor and IP/DVB gateway for cable, satellite, IPTV and OTT headends.
• Network: Up to 10 Gbps throughput with quad 1-GbE, dual 10-GbE, and optional ASI I/O on the same platform. Handles multiplexing, scrambling, splicing, blackout switching, statmux and DVB-T/T2 gateway functions in one appliance.

IP & ASI I/O

• 10-GbE IP: IEEE 802.3z, up to 4 × 10-GbE ports; supports VLAN tagging and multicast with IGMPv2/v3.
• High-throughput mode: Up to 1,000 transport streams and 2,000 simultaneous multiplexing/scrambling services.
• ASI: Up to 16 ASI ports (8 per card × 2), each configurable as input or output for legacy DVB integration.

PHYSICAL & POWER

1RU COTS Intel-based platform with hot-swappable fans and dual redundant power supplies. Designed for high density and low power in space-constrained headends while maintaining carrier-grade availability.

GATEWAY REMULTIPLEXING & SRT

• Routing: Any to any routing between IP and ASI, including socket address flipping, ASI to IP conversion and IP mirroring.
• TS processing: PID remap/filter/multicast, PSI/SI extraction/insertion/regeneration, TS output mirroring.
• SRT gateway: Integrated SRT gateway (listener/caller) for secure, low-latency transport of multiple contribution or distribution streams.

DVB-T/T2 & DVB SIS

• DVB-T/T2 gateway: Encapsulates any multiplex into T2-MI, generates up to 8 T2-MI streams over ASI or IP. Provides signaling, transmission and synchronization parameters to DVB-T2 modulators; supports single and multi PLP.
• DVB-SIS: DVB SIS (ETSI TS 103 615): generates up to 8 DVB SIS outputs with up to 36 regionalization groups per SIS service.

SCRAMBLING & SECURITY

Supports DVB-CSA3 (128-bit), DVB-CSA2, AES (IPTV), and BISS fixed-key scrambling for UHD and HD services. Scrambles any combination of video, audio and data streams for broadcast or VoD, up to 2,000 services. Integrated and certified with major CAS vendors such as Cisco and Irdeto for carrier-grade conditional access.

STATISTICAL MULTIPLEXING

Optional DiviTrackIP closed-loop statmux with remote Harmonic encoders over LAN/WAN. Supports MPEG-2, AVC and HEVC, dynamically reallocating bandwidth to maximize channel count and picture quality.

REDUNDANCY & MANAGEMENT

Device redundancy: 1:1 under NMX or stand-alone GUI control. Internal protection: any-to-any input TS redundancy, TS output mirroring, port redundancy, and per-service failover. Web GUI, SNMP and NMX integration for configuration, alarming and software/license management.
